2. All orders are shipped via ground by the manufacturer using their preferred shipper.

3. Tracking Information, if available, will be emailed to the address that is on the order form.

4. If an order is submitted with an incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for any and all charges for address verification charges added by the carrier.

5. All product return policies are stated on the product page and/or below.  Please read them carefully before buying.  At checkout you will be required to agree that you understand the terms & conditions of Fire Pits Guru and the appropriate product manufacturer.

Asia Direct Ordering Terms & Conditions:

-  Shipping terms and charges are stated in each product's description page.

-  All products ship within 2-3 business day of payment receipt.

-  Each product comes with a limited 1-yr Manufacturer's Warranty.  If there is a problem as a result of a manufacturing defect, Asia Direct will replace the defective part, or replace any discontinued item with a product of equal or greater value at no charge to the customer.  Warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from misuse or commercial use of a product.

-  In the event customer receives an item damaged through shipping, customer must notify FirePitsGuru within 5 calendar days of receiving product.  Customer is to keep the damaged package until given further instructions.  DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO SHIPPING ADDRESS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTIFIED BY FIREPITSGURU TO DO SO.  Claims of damage received after 5 calendar days of receiving product will be denied.

-  All products sold have a 60 day return policy.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and will also be charge a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

Blue Rhino/Uniflame Ordering Terms & Conditions:

-  Shipping terms and charges are stated in each product's description page.

-  All products ship within 2-3 business day of payment receipt.
